Recognizing feminine noun and adjectives.

1. English.....Do you have a white   cock?
                     Do you have a white hen?

Urdu.............Kia tumharay pass aik sufaid murg hai?
Urdu.............Kia tumharay pass aik sufaid murghi hai?

Pashto.........Aya tasara yo speen cherg shta?
                    Aya tasara yo speen charga shta?

2. English....My nurse( male) is a Pukhtun.
                    My nurse ( female) is a pukhtana.

Urdu...........Mera nurse pathan hai.
                   Meri nurse pathani hai.

Pashto........Zama nurse Pukhtun de.
                   Zama nursa pukhtona da.

3. English....He is a dangerous thief.
                    She is a dangerous thief.

Urdu..........Woo aik khatarnak chor hai.
                  Woo aik khatarnak chorni hai.

Pashto.......Hagha yo khatarnak ghal de.
                  Hagha yo khatarnak ghla da.

Pashto-------aya taso welay shay hagha charta de?

English ------Where is the bus stop.

Urdu --------Bus stop kahan hai?

MY HOUSE

 

English------I live in a house.

Urdu--------Main aik ghar main rehta hon.

Pashto------

English-----My house is small /big.

Urdu-------Mera ghar chota hai/bara hai.

Pashto-----

English-----It has two bedrooms.

urdu--------Iss k do kamray hain.

Pashto------

English-----It has a beautiful kitchen , two bathrooms ,drawing ,dinning and a living room.

Urdu-------Iss main aik khoobsurat kitchen ,do bathroom ,  drawing room ,dinning room aur aik behthnay ka kamra hai.

pashto-----

English-----My family watches tv there every night in the living room.

Urdu--------Meray ghar walay living room main wahan  har raat ko tv dekhty hain.

Pashto------

English-----My house has a lot of closets , garage ,a big backyard ,  swimming pool, vegetable garden and a basement.

Urdu-------Meray ghar main dhair sari almariyan , garage , aik barra sayhan , swimming pool , sabziyon ka bagh aur aik  taykhana hai.

Pashto------

English-----My family likes this house very much.

Urdu-------Meray ghar walon ko yeh ghar bohat pasand hai.

Asking a sick person about his health 


English ----How are you feeling?

Urdu-------Ap kesa mehsos kar rahy hain ?

Pashto-----taso sanga mehsoosa way?

English-----I still have a cold /Fever / stomachache  /backache  / headache /neck ache 

Urdu--------Mujhy abi b zukam hai /bukhar hai / meday yah pait main dar hai / Qamar main dard hai / sir main dard hai / garrdan main dard hai 

Pashto -----zama hom zukaam de/taba da/maida ya kheta k dar de/mla k dar de/sir bndy mn dar de/maray k mn dar(دڑ) de

English -----Are you feeling any better?

Urdu -------Keya ap  kuch thek mehsoos kar rahy hain? 

Pashto----- aya taso sa kha mehsoosaway?

English-----I took medicine this morning and feel a little better now.

Urdu -------Main ny subh dawai li thee abi kuch thek mehsoos kar raha hon.

Pashto-----ma sahar dawai acholay wa os laga kha mehsoosom
